These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the programmes, content, coaching, community, and related services ("Services") provided by AAA Accelerator Limited ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms in full.
By accessing, purchasing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that your participation is entirely voluntary and unpressured.
Our Services include educational content, coaching and mentoring support, and community access with live or recorded sessions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice.
The Services are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing within the Services constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice. Individual outcomes depend on a wide range of personal factors, and no specific results are guaranteed.
Your account is personal and non-transferable. You may not share login credentials or permit any other person to access the Services using your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that occurs under your account.
All payment obligations must be fulfilled in order to maintain access to the Services. Failure to meet payment obligations may result in the suspension or termination of your access. All fees are outlined at the time of purchase.
All content, materials, frameworks, recordings, systems, trademarks, and resources made available through the Services are the exclusive property of AAA Accelerator Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, personal, revocable licence to access this content for your own use only. Copying, recording, redistributing, or sharing any part of the Services is strictly prohibited.
You agree to engage respectfully within our community. Prohibited conduct includes harassment or abuse of other members, misuse or unauthorised sharing of content, unsolicited solicitation of other participants, and any unlawful activity or behaviour that disrupts the community.
You agree not to solicit, recruit, or enter into commercial arrangements with other members, clients introduced through the Services, or any representatives of AAA Accelerator Limited, outside of the programme without prior written consent.
Sessions, calls, and community interactions may be recorded. By participating, you grant AAA Accelerator Limited the right to use your contributions for educational and promotional purposes. You will be notified where recordings are made and may raise concerns with our support team.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Services at any time. Access may be terminated immediately and without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms or any conduct we determine to be harmful to other members or to the integrity of the programme.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We make no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content within the Services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of AAA Accelerator Limited for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amounts you have paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AAA Accelerator Limited and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
Where you have entered into a separately signed agreement with AAA Accelerator Limited, the terms of that agreement shall take precedence over these Terms in the event of any conflict.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
